Choosing a custom tent
Which size you need
A 10x10 is the standard footprint for vendor booths, farmers markets and most trade show spaces. A 10x15 or 10x20 gives a team sideline, a food service setup or a larger display room to spread out, at the cost of more weight to carry and more space to book.
Check your event's space rules before ordering; many events assign booth spaces in 10x10 units.
What gets printed
The canopy is printed edge to edge with dye sublimation, so the peak and all four valances can carry your logo and colors. Walls are printed separately and come single sided (printed on the outside) or double sided (printed inside and out, useful when people see the tent from inside too).
Full walls close off a side completely, which suits a back wall behind a table. Half walls keep the tent open and easy to walk into while still adding a branded rail; they mount with support bars and clamps, one set per half wall.
Frames
Our frames are hexagonal aluminum with telescopic legs, so you can set the height, and slide joints that make them quick to put up. They break down into manageable sections for transport. The 40mm frame offered with every tent is commercial grade, built for regular weekend events.
Covers are cut to fit our frames. They may fit other frames on the market, but we can't guarantee it, so check with us before ordering a cover alone.
Setting up safely
Always anchor a canopy, even on a calm day. Use stakes on grass and weight bags on pavement or indoors, and take the canopy down if the wind picks up. A wheel bag keeps the frame, cover and walls together and protected between events.
Artwork, proofs and turnaround
Choose Mockup Request on any product and describe what you want, and one of our designers builds it, or send a mockup request with your logos. Either way you get a proof to approve before anything is printed, and production starts once the proof is approved and the order is paid.
Most orders are produced in 5–10 business days; each product page lists its own production time. We print with a set of spot colors that reproduce the most vibrant results; see the color chart. Pantone matching is possible in most cases and may add a fee. There is no minimum order, and volume pricing is available by phone.
Common questions
Can I buy just the printed cover?
Yes. Choose No Frame when you build your tent. Covers are made for our frames; if you have a different frame, ask us about fit before ordering.
Should my walls be single or double sided?
Single sided walls are printed on the outside. Choose double sided when the inside will be seen, for example a back wall behind your table.
What's the difference between half and full walls?
Full walls close off a side from top to bottom. Half walls run along the lower part of a side, keeping the tent open while adding a printed rail.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single tent. Call us for volume pricing on larger orders.
