A custom tent has two main parts: the aluminum frame and the printed cover (the canopy top). You can buy a complete tent, or just a replacement cover if you already own a compatible frame. This guide walks through frames, covers, printing, and add-ons so you know exactly what to order.
The frame: what to look for
The frame is the skeleton of your tent. A commercial-grade aluminum hexagonal frame (like our 40mm hex) is lightweight, rust-resistant, and built for repeated setup and teardown — a big advantage over the flimsy frames sold at big-box stores. The cover: material and fit
The canopy top is durable polyester, printed edge to edge with your logo and colors. One important note: tent covers are made to fit specific frames — they aren't universal. How it's printed
Custom tents are printed using dye-sublimation, which infuses the ink directly into the fabric for vivid, full-coverage graphics that won't crack, peel, or fade quickly. Complete tent or replacement cover?
Buy a complete tent if you're starting fresh — it includes the frame, a wheeled carry bag, and a stake & rope kit. Buy a replacement cover if your frame is still good but your graphics are outdated or worn.
Add-ons that make a difference
