Custom tent covers

Your tent is the biggest sign you own.

At an outdoor event, the canopy is the first thing people see and often the only thing they can read from across the lot. A custom tent cover puts your name on the valance at eye level, your logo on the peak above the crowd, and your colors on every side. Each one is printed to order, and you approve a proof before it goes to print.

Set up for how you'll use it

Farmers markets & pop-ups

10x10 · back wall

A 10x10 fits a standard vendor space. Shoppers walking the aisle read the front valance, so give it your name and what you sell. A back wall hides your stock and gives customers a backdrop for photos.

Team sidelines & tournaments

10x15 or 10x20 · half walls

A 10x15 or 10x20 shades a full roster. Put the team logo big on the peak and parents can find you from the parking lot. Half walls add color without closing the tent off from the field.

Trade shows & expos

10x10 · full walls · table cover

Check the venue rules before you order. Many halls require flame-retardant fabric, and our covers meet CPAI-84. Finish the booth with a matching table cover and a tension display.

Food service & all-day events

Any size · full walls · weight bags

Full walls on the back and sides block sun and wind during a long shift. Add weight bags under Extras to keep the tent steady on open, windy sites.

Designing a cover that reads from 50 feet

  1. 1

The valance does the talking. It hangs at eye level and it's what most people actually read. Keep it to your name and one short line.

  2. 2

Keep the peak bold. Fine detail disappears from across a field. One large logo reads from far away; a busy collage doesn't.

  3. 3

Use strong contrast. Light on dark or dark on light. Two mid-tones side by side blend together once you step back.

  4. 4

Pick from the color chart. Our spot colors print the most vibrant results. Pantone matching is possible in most cases.

  5. 5

Design all four sides. People walk up from every direction, and the back of the tent is often the side the street sees first.
